These terms cover your purchase of any guide sold on this site.
A digital product: PDF files you download and read on a phone, tablet or computer, or print at home. Nothing is shipped to you. You get the download link on the thank-you page right after payment, and by email.
You may read it, print it and use it for your own family, and share it with the people in your household. You may not resell it, republish it, give it away publicly, or upload it anywhere other people can download it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

The plan is general information about feeding healthy babies, based on public guidance from the CDC and the American Academy of Pediatrics. It is not medical advice and it does not replace your pediatrician. If your baby was born early, has a health condition, has severe eczema, has had a reaction to any food, or has trouble swallowing, talk to your pediatrician before starting. In an emergency, call 911.
Every baby is different. We do not promise any specific result or timeline. What the plan gives you is a clear, day-by-day routine to follow.
